  • 1.25% P.M (Reducing Rate Of Interest)

CONDITIONS

  • Must be a Member of the Society
  • Share Money & Compulsory Deposit (CD) should be 10% each of the total Loan Amount.
  • 1 Guarantor (The Guarantor should be the existing member of the society and should not be a defaulter).
  • Share Money & Compulsory Deposit (CD) should be 10% each of the total Loan Amount.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

  • Photo ID Proof (Any like Voter ID Card, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card etc.)
  • Address Proof (Water/Electricity Bill Compulsory)
  • Passport Size Photos (2 Latest)
  • Income Proof (3 Months Payslip / Bank Statement, ITR File / Affidavit)
  • CTS Cheque (1 Blank Signature AC Payee Cheques)
  • Rent Agreement & Water / Electricity Bill of Landlord Compulsory (In case of Tenant)

LOAN TENURE AND CHARGES

  • Loan Tenure will be of 10 months
  • Processing Charges of 2% of the Loan Amount.
  • Non Payment of the EMI till the last date applicable will incur 1.50% Penalty Interest for that particular month on the member.
